Monday, September 21st
Arrival at Avignon by TGV train and departure to the departments.

Tuesday, September 22nd Vaucluse Night in Vaison la Romaine Morning : visit of the market in Vaison la Romaine Meeting with craftsmen of the nougat- La boîte à Nougat - Le Crestet Transfer to the chain of mountains the Dentelles de Montmirail Lunch at Bistro de Pays de Lafare Afternoon: Transfer to Suzette – visit of the Domaine La Ferme Saint Martin (organic wine), stroll through the vineyards (30 min) followed by a wine tasting 5.00pm- End of program From 6.00 to 7.00 pm wine aperitif – exchange of groups.

Wednesday, September 23rd Ardèche Dinner/Night at Domaine Notre Dame de Cousignac à Bourg St Ardeche Visit of the area: walk up to the Notre Dame de Cousignac, the vineyards, the cellar and wine tasting! Lunch at Bistrot de Pays La Farigoule in Bidon. Visit of Lou Mouli Oli, the olive oil mill of Ingrid Pradal in Bourg-St-Andéol. Tapenade Workshop at Domaine de la Croix Blanche in St-Martin d'Ardeche. From 6.00 to 7.00 pm wine aperitif – exchange of groups.

Thursday, September 24th Gard Dinner /Night in Aigues Mortes 9:00: Visit of a saline to discover the harvest of the Camargue salt www.visitesalinsdecamargue.com 11:00: late morning – visit of Listel that has the largest vineyard parcel in the world www.listel.fr 12.30- lunch in a herd to taste the meat of Camargue bull. www.manade-saint-louis.camargue.fr 3.30 p.m. mid-afternoon visit to the vineyard of Costières de Nîmes in Calet www.domaine-de-calet.com 5.00 p.m. - departure to Avignon 7.00 p.m.- Gala evening
